Spiral Tube Paper winding Machine:

This machine is for 14 layer tube winding and can produce tubes of minimum I.D.50 mm to maximum 100mm. Any changes in size of the tube can be done by changing the mandrel. Tube production is 5 feet to 35 feet per minute. (Depends upon the tube thickness, the length of production   various).  This is driven by 5 HP AC motor with reducer gear box with along with variable speed panel board and is fitted with 54 mm mandrel one no.  Any other types of mandrel will be at extra cost. This is also fitted with 14 layer capacity reel stand.
